YmiPainting provides photos and videos via email/WhatsApp after the painting is completed. We also offer a free modification service until the last second before shipping (for further details, please check the Delivery Terms - Processing Schedule and Frame section).
Shipping Damage
We take great care when packaging your artwork, and shipping damages are rare. (*For detailed packaging clarification, please check Delivery Terms - Packaged by YmiPainting.) However, if you receive a painting with shipping damage, please follow the steps below to request assistance:
- Keep the original packaging that you received, which should clearly show the tracking number with shipping label. This will allow us to issue a claim with the shipping company.
- Take photos of the damaged packaging as well as the broken part of the painting.
- We will take appropriate measures based on the extent of the damage. Rest assured, you will receive a free replacement or free accessories to help repair the damage. If the damage is serious, a full refund would be provided.
Returns Request
Please note the following requirements for a returns request to be accepted:
- Returns must be made within 30 days after the delivery date.
- For returns requested before shipping but after the painting is completed, we will charge 20% of the order value for material, labor, and time costs incurred by our artists.
- The artwork must be in the same condition as when it arrived and must be carefully prepared for return shipment in its original packaging in order to qualify for a refund. Please take care when unpacking received artworks.
- All returns must include a return form, which can be obtained by contacting our customer service team.
Non-returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Customized or personalized paintings (no returns accepted after receiving the painting).
- Items marked as final sale (orders after promotion discount excluded).
- Used gift cards and vouchers (orders after promotion discount excluded).
- Items that have been used, altered, washed, or damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange.
30-day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer every customer a 30-day, no-risk money-back guarantee on your order. The buyer only needs to pay the return shipping costs, if any. If customs duties are incurred during the return, the buyer is responsible for those fees as well.
Please note: You have 30 days from receipt of the artwork to request a return, and a further 14 days in which to complete the return process.
Note: After the customer receives the painting, it is not applicable to the space of their own house (Because this reason of return is not within our scope of responsibility, the buyer will need to bear the shipping & return shipping costs and any occured customs fees). A refund will be issued once we confirm the status of the painting. You will receive notification emails about the return process.
Return Process
All days mentioned below are based on calendar days.
- Buyers should contact customer service (info@ymipainting.com) and request a return within 15 days from receipt of the artwork.
- Buyers must complete the return form and provide the return shipping information in 14 days (e.g., Shipping Company Used, Tracking number: XXXXX).
- YmiPainting will monitor the tracking status until the painting is received.
- We require 72 hours to confirm the painting's condition.
- The refund process will begin around 3-5 business days after the painting is confirmed as intact.
- You will receive your refund to the original payment account within 30 calendar days after we initiate the refund.
