For damaged items, we offer a complimentary exchange service. If your artwork arrives damaged during transportation, please accept our sincere apologies. We'll handle communication with the courier companies and promptly ship out a replacement within a few days.

Lovely art and great purchasing experience! The art does look just as it is pictured in the listing and as described. The canvas and paint does NOT look cheap or tacky - and the glass/crystals truly do sparkle! High quality framing as well (I purchased the silver option).
Justin communicated at each step in the process from receiving the order and beginning work, providing proofs of the art prior to and after framing it for my approval, and at completion of work and shipping out.
The original eta was “March 8 - 28” which I understood the large window since it is a custom piece shipping from China to the US … but to my pleasant surprise, it has arrived on the earlier side, today! (March 11). All pieces packed well to withstand shipping.
